Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Hiking boots that show signs of outdoor use or wear
- Any footwear with visible wear, scuffs, or damage
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

3 Package Your Items
Once your return is approved:
- Place items in their original packaging
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Securely package to prevent damage during transit
- Use the return shipping label provided by our customer service team
4 Shipping Your Return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Refund Information
